TrustPaws — B2B Terms & Conditions

Scope & Parties: B2B purchases from Petra S.R.L. (“TrustPaws”) by business customers.

Business-only Sales: We may request evidence of legal status (VAT/Tax ID, registration).

Orders & Pricing: Prices exclude VAT unless stated; order accepted on confirmation.

Payment; Assignment of Receivables: If you choose invoice/financing, receivables may be assigned to the financing provider, who may handle invoicing, reminders, and collections. Pay as per provider invoice.

Credit & Fraud Checks: By selecting financing, you authorize credit/KYC/AML/fraud checks using your company data.

Delivery; Risk: As per Shipping & Delivery; delivery evidence may be required for disputes.

Returns & Credits: Governed by Returns & Refunds; approved credits are sent to the provider to adjust your invoice.

Late Payment: May incur interest/fees/collection per law and provider policy.

Warranties & Liability: Statutory rights apply; no indirect/consequential damages where permitted.

Data Protection: See Privacy Notice; provider-specific notices apply when you choose financing.

Governing Law & Venue: Italy / Courts of Milan
