Hotel Service Terms

Scope & packages

Certification / Pro / Elite. Deliverables include listing, badge license, city page/feature placement, QR guest-menu perks (as applicable).

Fees & payment

Invoiced by Petra S.R.L. in EUR; VAT per law. Late payment may pause services.

Timelines & SLAs

Standard listing go-live targets and content update turnaround will be communicated in onboarding.

Badge & brand

Non-exclusive, revocable license to use the TrustPaws badge while subscribed and compliant. On termination, remove badge within 7 days.

Hotel content license

You warrant you own/are licensed for the assets you provide (logos, photos) and grant us a license to display them.

Advertising rules

“Featured” labels for paid prominence. Reporting available for campaigns; no guarantee of a specific volume of bookings.

Data protection

Parties act as independent controllers for their own customer data; where we process hotel data for services, we act per contract and law. See Privacy Policy.

Term & termination

Monthly/annual terms renew unless canceled. We may terminate for material breach (after notice). Refunds: pro-rata only where required by law.

Liability

Cap at fees paid in the last 12 months; no indirect/consequential damages.

Law & venue

Italy; Courts of Milan. Consumer law carve-outs do not apply to B2B.
