What we collect.

B2B Financing Partners (Data Sharing)

When you select Invoice / Financing (B2B), we share company and order data with your chosen partner (Hokodo, Mondu, Two, and/or Billie/Klarna) for: credit/fraud checks; invoice issuance/servicing; reminders/collections; dispute & returns management.

Data shared:

Company identifiers (VAT/Tax ID, registration no.), addresses, contact name/email/phone, order details (items, values, timestamps), delivery confirmations (tracking, POD), return/credit status.

Legal bases:

Contract performance; legitimate interests in enabling financing & preventing fraud; legal obligations (KYC/AML) where applicable.

Retention:

Only as needed for these purposes and as required by law.

Choices:

You can select another payment method to avoid partner data sharing. For partner-handled data rights, contact the partner directly.

Cookies:

Non-essential cookies only after consent via our banner. Manage anytime via Cookie Settings (see Cookie Policy).

Disclosures:

Processors (hosting/CDN, security, analytics, CRM, email/SMS, billing); affiliate/advertising partners (limited data, after consent); professional advisers/authorities as required; successors in a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers:

We use SCCs/UK IDTA (and any additional measures) where needed.

Retention:

B2B records: contract term + ~6 years; marketing lists: until opt-out or ~24 months of inactivity; analytics: ~14 months (or CMP setting).

Your rights:

Access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, portability, withdraw consent; no purely automated decisions with legal/similar effects.
