Returns & Refunds for Business Orders

Return Window & Condition: Request an RMA within 14 days of delivery; items unused, original packaging, all accessories.

Process: (1) Request via /contact-support with order no. & reason → (2) Receive RMA & address → (3) Ship with tracking within 7 days → (4) Inspection & decision.

Refunds/Credits:
For financed orders, we notify the provider to adjust your invoice or issue a credit note. Shipping fees non-refundable unless our error; restocking fees may apply where items are opened/non-resalable.

Defects & Warranty: Report with photos/videos; we may repair/replace/credit as permitted by law.
