Dispatch & Carriers: Tracked services Mon–Fri (excl. public holidays).

Delivery Confirmation & Evidence: We record carrier, tracking no., delivery timestamp, and delivery address; signature or goods-received note may be required.

Address Requirements: Deliveries go to the business address given at checkout; changes must be confirmed in writing before dispatch.

Damages & Shortages: Report visible damage on delivery and hidden damage within 48 hours (include photos; keep packaging).

Backorders & Split Shipments: We may ship items separately at no extra charge.
