What TrustPaws is

We help pet-families discover pet-friendly hotels and we certify hotels. We are not a booking agent or service provider; all bookings and purchases happen on third-party sites (hotels, partners).

Eligibility & accounts

The Site is for users 16+. Keep credentials secure; you’re responsible for your account.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site (illegal content, scraping, unauthorized access, spam).

IP

All content (text, graphics, code, badges) is owned by us or our licensors. No reproduction without permission.

User content (if enabled)

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host/display your submitted content.

Links/affiliates

Third-party links are under their own terms. We disclose partner links clearly and may earn commissions (see Affiliate Disclosure).

B2B services

Hotel packages (Certification/Pro/Elite) are under separate Hotel Service Terms (see below). Those terms prevail for B2B services.

Disclaimers & liability.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we exclude indirect/consequential losses and third-party issues. Aggregate Site-related liability capped at EUR 10,000. Consumer rights remain unaffected.
