We are a pet-friendly hotel because The Hollander Hotel’s central downtown St. Petersburg location makes it easy to explore with your pet, with nearby green spaces like Vinoy Park for waterfront walks and the St. Pete Pier offering dog-friendly zones in a lively, walkable setting. A short drive opens up even more outdoor options, including trails and beaches at Fort De Soto Park, giving pets space to stretch and play. We welcome dogs in designated pet-friendly rooms with clear policies, reasonable fees, and guidelines to ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for both pets and their owners in one of Florida’s most pet-welcoming cities.
Note: Our Pet Fee is $30 per night for one pet and $50 per night for 2 pets.
