Getting to & around Dinard with a dog
Rail gets you to Saint-Malo (small dogs bagged at a flat fee, larger dogs leashed and muzzled at reduced fare on French trains); from there, the bus rounds the Rance estuary and the little cross-water shuttle boat makes the ten-minute hop between the two towns — its pet practice is boat-crew discretion, so confirm at the kiosk. Dinard itself is a walking town: villas, beaches and headlands connect along a continuous seafront path, and nothing in the centre is more than twenty minutes from anything else.
